So, without any ado, let's dive in:

What is the total distance of the Everest Base Camp Trek?
Where does the trek start from and where does it end?
How many Kilometres or Miles should you've to hike each day?
WHAT IS THE TOTAL DISTANCE OF THE EVEREST BASE CAMP TREK?
The total one-way distance of the Everest Base Camp Trek is 65 KM. Both ways make it 130 KM.
Put simply, you'll have to hike approximately 130 KM in 12 days.
Though you'll have to trek around 12 days, duration isn't something you've to worry about.
More than duration, the distance and the elevation makes your trip rollercoaster ride.
Here's how:
Most of the time you'll be trekking above 2,860 m above sea level.
On the top of it, each day you'll be walking anywhere from 6.1 KM or 3.8 Miles to 19.6 KM or 11.5 Miles.
And having to hike such a great length at such a high-altitude is not an easy feat. Absolutely not.
Having said that, I don't mean to scare you. No. Not at all.
Rather, what I mean is you need to employ a proven-trekking technique, including occasional acclimatisation and a slow climb, to make it grand fulfilling.
Furthermore, not to overlook the fact that every day you'll gain the elevation by 500 to 700 m.
And surprisingly, in a couple of days of your journey, you'll be trekking above 3,500 m.
In other words:
The more altitude increases, the more oxygen level thins. And the more oxygen level thins, the more it’ll be difficult for you.
But, don't worry, acclimatisation helps you cope with increasing altitude.
Also remember, while hiking make sure you're doing it slowly, without any rush.
Hiking slowly ensures your body is getting enough time to adjust with the decreasing oxygen level.
This way, there's nothing to worry about. You'll have both unlimited joy and trouble-free adventure.
After all, isn't that what we're looking for? It is, right?
